Some of the claims Russell makes such as doubling or even trebling your power with little or no extra effort has been met with some suspicion.  Well let me tell you these claims are absolutely true. To our amazement within just a few sessions putting into practise the lessons Russell teaches our power levels soared.

The principles about body physics balance and wave forms that he incorporates in his teachings are to put it mildly must have knowledge for any martial artist.  Everything he teaches fits seamlessly into any style of martial art.  If you are serious about your art then I would recommend you see for your self what this amazing coach can do for you.
